The Infrastructure Scoping Forum attends to issues of legal uncertainty concerning institutions that enable the effective operation of financial intermediates, such as payment systems, central counterparties (“CCPs”) and securities settlement facilities (“SSFs”).
Recently, Forum members have focused their discussions on uncertainties related to the discontinuance of and transition from the London Interbank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”).
