A joint meeting of the FinTech and Infrastructure Scoping Forums was held to examine the legal issues surrounding the adoption of distributed ledger technology (“DLT”) by financial market infrastructures (“FMI”). The meeting was chaired by Natalie Lewis of Travers Smith LLP and featured speakers from the Australian Securities Exchange and Euroclear.
