A meeting of the Asset Management Scoping Forum was held on 6 September 2018. The meeting was chaired and hosted by Neil Robson of Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP. Forum members discussed a variety of topics, ranging from the FCA’s Discussion Paper on a duty of care and potential alternative approaches to U.K. Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering regimes after Brexit.
