A Forum discussing issues of legal uncertainty present and future concerning the insurance and the pensions industry.
Formerly titled the Insurance Scoping Forum, the Forum’s membership included in-house counsel from insurance/reinsurance firms and lawyers in private practice. In 2019 the Committee expanded the Forum’s remit and membership to bring into scope pensions.
Recent topics of discussion have included the review of the Solvency II Directive, investment obligations for trustees of occupational pension schemes and the GDPR.
