Welcome to the FMLC Website

“The Financial Markets Law Committee is a registered charity committed to advancing understanding of financial markets law. We identify issues of legal uncertainty affecting wholesale financial markets—including inconsistencies between draft law or regulation and actual market practice—and make proposals for resolving them. Promoting a sound legal and regulatory infrastructure is at the forefront of what we do, but we also seek to educate the markets, judiciary and general public: all of our reports, research and correspondence are freely available here.
We value your feedback. If you have any comments or suggestions, please contact the FMLC Secretariat.“
